| "Violet Memories" 48" x 30" Acrylic on gallery wrapped canvas $750 This is the last painting for the 30 Day challenge and I figured it would be best to end the series with a larger painting inspired from the many smaller studies done over the past 30 days. This has been a tremendous experience for me and I've learned so much!!! I plan to continue the daily painting work and postings (or nearly everyday) and you can now find my work on Daily Paintworks under "JJ Jacobs." I'm sorry the photo for today's painting is blurry -- I'm searching for a good, user-friendly point & shoot camera that takes better photos than the ones I'm able to get from my current Nikon Coolpix and iphone, so if you've got any recommendations, please send them my way. Thank you for your comments and input during these last 30 days -- it is truly an honor to have been able to submit work with such a talented and experience bunch of artists. |

Your paintings are really lovely and you make interesting compositions. I would love to wear this! as well as hang it on my wall. I just get the feeling that I want to wrap myself up in these glorious designs and carry the feeling around with me all day.
ReplyDeleteI use a sony HD with a 3.5-5.6 attached and am very happy with the quality.
